Above and Beyond and 80s theme

This is the Above and Beyond logo.  Its important not to change this in any way.  The only exceptions would be the colour of the logo.

Here is some classic 80s colours and I may use bright ones in my own work as I want to focus on the lights from their live shows.

Since I am creating the next Group Therapy live show, I wanted to show the original poster design for ABGT150.  I like the way they have the Sydney backdrop of the classic tall buildings and the harbour but I still think the poster lacks colour.  They have converted the Sydney harbour bridge into an icon with the colours of the ribbons Ive previously shown in my blog so they are defiantly a recognisable feature.  The colours that are used are just toned down levels of black and white for the background and any use of colour is laid on top such as the pure white used for the font.  The photo of the band members themselves is in the background with a hand being shown.  I thought because he is holding up 4 fingers and a thumb that the number 5 would be to do with something but I'm not so sure.  I then realised that the 'We are all we need' album cover is a hand.  Overall the poster does it's job of telling you where it is, what it is but I want to make it more visually pleasing.  The poster is crisp and clear.
