Photoshop & Illustrator

I am very familiar with Illustrator however not so much with Photoshop.  To push my boundaries I want to mainly design in Photoshop but this could go one of two ways.  I could learn more about the software and what its capable of or just get stuck but I wanted the challenge.  I am still using Illustrator for my vector shapes such as a triangle shape I have been working with which I plan to put into Photoshop to manipulate.  I will also use Illustrator for the logo and main colouring.
